Stylish and welcoming, this small home by Paolo Didonè Devvy Comacchio Architects is an addition to a rural complex in the Veneto countryside in Rosà, Italy. The interiors of House PB are defined by the alternating white surfaces and natural wood ceilings, with clean lines throughout.
In the living room, coziness takes over, as a large sofa and ottoman invite the inhabitants and their guests to catch up and relax. Natural light is abundant, thanks to multiple windows in unexpected parts of the house.
The 1,292-square-foot House PB is developed on three levels. “The living room is located on the ground floor, while the bedrooms and the service rooms take the upper levels,” the project developers say. “The floor at the time of the last restoration was maintained and restored.
“An operable wall with a writable film layer finish was created in order to hide the staircase; this gives the space a more contemporary tone and allows the inhabitants to take advantage of the storage space under the stair unit.” Enjoy the gallery and let us know which details you like the best!
